VENICE
Venice, la Serenissima, has been enchanting all her visitors with its priceless artistic and architectural heritage, its cali and squares, canals and gondolas. St. Mark's square with its impressive basilica and the Doge's Palace, many palaces and churches, rive and sestieri, an almost dreamlike atmosphere of the city on water and the all-pervading patina of history are just the perfect place to let go and get carried away by your feelings. It is for this reason that Venice is the city of lovers and of those in love with the sea. If all the roads lead to Rome, then, all the seas lead to the City on the lagoon: be it dusk or dawn, end or begining of a journey – Venice calls!
