Day 2 (Monday): Dubrovnik - an Elaphiti Island (Kolocep/ Lopud/ Sipan) - Pomena
Day 3 (Tuesday): Pomena - Hvar
Day 4 (Wednesday): Hvar - Brac - Split
Day 5 (Thursday): Split - Makarska
