Ascend by cable car above Dubrovnik for unsurpassed views of the city. Stroll on the palm lined promenade in Cavtat, a firm favourite of British tourists for many years. Enjoy ferry journeys to the islands of Elafiti archipelago to discover picturesque harbours, rolling olive groves and secluded trails along turquoise green waters of the Adriatic. End your adventure at lushly wooded Mljet, a truly stunning island that combines wonderful beaches with an abundance of gloriously rich flora in its National Park, giving it the feel and appearance of the Garden of Eden.

There is ample time to visit Fort Imperial, built by Napoleon’s soldiers in 1812 before arriving by mini-bus to the picturesque fishing village of Cavtat. Originally an ancient Greek settlement with turbulent history, Cavtat is nowadays a popular tourist resort. An 8km walk starts at the central promenade, then follows the shoreline of the untouched Sustjepan Peninsula.
