My daughter Jasmine was taken ill and Balkan Rep Tatyana Demerdjieva stepped in and gave us help advice and assistance over and above the call of duty.Tatyana made us feel secure in the knowledge that she was available even on days off if we needed her assistance, even during the night if we needed her.
