"Our family party of 8 people stayed at the Zvete Hotel in Sunny Beach Bulgaria, this was my 3rd visit to the resort of sunny beach we had a great holiday and would definitley stay at the Zvete Hotel again it was very clean the rooms were the most spacious I've ever stayed in, the food was very good and the staff were friendly, the activity team worked very hard providing entertainment throughout the day and put on a good show every night. "Not long after our arrival in Bulgaria, after our wine tasting early on Saturday morning, I fell, cutting my leg very badly and subsequently fainted. I am now receiving treatment from my own doctor in England, it is a great relief to know that all the care I received in Bulgaria has been appropriate and that the wound is progressing satisfactorily and is responding to treatment. I would like to commend to Balkan Holidays all their staff who is involved in helping me in this unfortunate accident. Although I tried to thank them all the time, I would hope that my gratitude can be passed on by the company. I am looking forward to traveling with you again in the future."

"I have just returned from my 10 day holiday in Bulgaria through Balkan Holidays and would like to thank you and your team for helping make it such a fantastic holiday. My husband and I were very impressed with the Balkan team last year hence the reason for deciding to book with Balkan again this year and we were not disappointed. I found you and your team to be most courteous and helpful whenever I had reason to ask questions prior to our departure and got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble in answering any of my queries. My mind was put at ease as quickly as you possibly could and I left for my holiday with all the knowledge and information I thought I would need.
On arrival at Bourgos Airport your representative was easily seen and again, extremely helpful and friendly which set us off on good trend for a good holiday. Our accommodation was at the Klisura Hotel (again where we stayed last year) and we were greeted very warmly and were remembered from the year before which delighted us. Sadly all too soon our 10 days were up however again your team were at the hotel at the time specified to transport us back to Bourgos Airport for our departure home.
I have taken the time to write as I would like to be given the opportunity of thanking you all for helping to ensure we had a great holiday. I can certainly assure you that my husband and I will not hesitate in booking through Balkan Holidays again and will be happy to recommend you at every opportunity.

My husband Keith Stirling and i booked to stay at The Globus Hotel again (our 6th year) from 13.07.2018 - 30.07.2018. Unfortunately, my husband was hospitalised on the day we were due to come home and our stay was extended until 06.08.2018.
I must say how well we were treated by everyone employed at the hotel. This was a very difficult time, however, the caring service we received from the manager, reception, bars and cleaning staff was outstanding. I do not think i could have coped without the help and support i was given. All the staff were polite, friendly and courteous at all times and we couldn't have wished for better service. They are a credit to your company. Please pass on our thanks and gratitude to all including "Mikey" and his partner of the bar/restaurant. Hopefully will see you all next year.
