Poiana Brasov is definitely a fun and lively resort offering great value for money. There are a wide range of bars, restaurants and discos to choose from, open until late in the evening. A bottle of beer costs approximately 80 pence and a bottle of wine £3.
There are also opportunities to go swimming, horse riding and bowling, if you want to take a rest from the slopes. For those looking for an authentic Romanian evening we recommended an evening spent at either "Dacian’s Lounge" or "The Outlaws Hut", both these restaurants have a lively atmosphere with Romanian folk music and serve delicious food in abundance.
