Where can I find out details of my flight?

Information relating to your flights can be found on the ‘Search Results’ page, this will be displayed after you have completed a search. We will also show you a choice of alternative flights that are available, this will help you to see if you can save some money by selecting an alternative flight, or find a more suitable flight to suit your needs. To view these alternative flights, click on the “Alternative Flights” button at the bottom of the accommodation details.

Please ensure that you have checked all the details and they are 100% correct before you confirm your booking.

If your flight details change in any way, you will be notified by our Pre-Departure Customer Service Department. You can also check these details at any time by logging into the ‘Manage My Booking’ section of our website, entering in the lead passenger name and booking reference.

Thank you so much for providing such a great family skiing holiday in Pamporovo, Bulgaria in March of this year. We travelled with Balkan Holidays on 23 March and stayed at the Hotel Orlovetz and had a fantastic holiday. It was the first time we had booked with Balkan after being recommended to you by a neighbour and I can assure you we will be booking with you again next year. This ski holiday was the first time we had skied with our children, aged 8 and 5, and we were impressed with the arrangements you had in place to cater for them as they had a ball. Our ski instructor 'Denko' was just fantastic and made the days and lessons great fun and enjoyable. The staff in ski hire shop were always helpful and last but not least Ellie in the Kindergarten was just great with our daughter Sienna when she wasn't skiing. We genuinely felt the Balkan team at Pamporovo went out of their way to be helpful and wanted us to have a great holiday. Acknowledgement must also go to our hard working hotel representative Danko and Salvie who again are both a credit to your company. They went out of their way to provide information and advice and were just what you would hope a representative would be. We have only ever skied in France previously but really feel Bulgaria has so much to offer and we look forward to visiting again. We were originally booked into Hotel Pamporovo but you had to change our hotel as it was the end of season and I am so glad this happened as on reflection Hotel Orlovetz was just fantastic and worth in future paying that little bit more in terms of what they provided. We have recommended Balkan Holiday to friends who weren't sure about Bulgaria but who I am sure will now consider based on our recent experience. Hopefully we will be going back to Pamporovo with Balkan next year so keep up the great work. Thank you once again for a great holiday, with good facilities at a good price we had a fantastic time.
