If you book your holiday, within 10 days of your departure date, there will be a late booking fee of £15 per person added to your booking. All package holidays and flight only bookings with Balkan Holidays are ticketless and you can check in with only your passport and Balkan Holidays Reference Number.

**Only flights to Pula with Croatia Airlines will require a paper ticket. These can be collected at our Airport Agency desk, NOT the check-in desk. Please allow yourself a little extra time to pick them up prior to check-in. In order to pick up your ticket you will need to show your passport and booking confirmation and this will ensure no-one else can pick up your tickets.
