If your luggage is damaged during transit, you must ensure that you do not leave the airport until you have a Property Irregularity Report (PIR).
Please note: that minor scuffs and dents will be considered to be everyday wear and tear and will not be accepted as damage.
Claims must be made either through your travel insurance company or via the airline and compensation for the damage will be paid whenever possible and appropriate.
Claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of your baggage. |
