Having had holidays with you in St Konstantin for the last 10 - 12 years and never having had any problems with flights ( except for the odd hour delay, which is understandable ) I was surprised to find that my return flight to Luton had been cancelled completely.
What I would like to do is firstly thank your representative in St Konstantin, Desi, who let me down very gently with the information and then proceeded to work through her lunch break to find me another hotel room for the night and then into the night to keep me informed of progress on the rebooking of the flight.
I would also like to thank the rest of the staff in both Golden Sands and London for procuring for me another ticket for the next day (which I am sure was no easy task at such short notice).
It is employees like these that makes me come back to Balkan Holidays year after year.

Thank you for the most efficient/well organised holiday we have ever experienced. The transfers in particular went very smoothly (ferry & taxis involved) as we were staying on Bol. We were so impressed !! Even the transfer driver paid the ferry fee and the pick up times were met exactly. Not long after our arrival in Bulgaria, after our wine tasting early on Saturday morning, I fell, cutting my leg very badly and subsequently fainted. I am now receiving treatment from my own doctor in England, it is a great relief to know that all the care I received in Bulgaria has been appropriate and that the wound is progressing satisfactorily and is responding to treatment. I would like to commend to Balkan Holidays all their staff who is involved in helping me in this unfortunate accident. Although I tried to thank them all the time, I would hope that my gratitude can be passed on by the company. I am looking forward to traveling with you again in the future.
