| HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY WITH BALKAN HOLIDAYS |
- Use the Internet
By visiting our winter and summer websites at www.balkanholidays.co.uk you can check the availability and book online with total peace of mind, at your own convenience, our latest holiday deals, single-centre package holidays and flight only.
- Use the Callback request form
Once you've found your preferred accommodation, please click on the Callback request link and fill the form provided with your details. After that we will call you back and help you book your holiday or just provide with any information you might need.

Please call us direct on the number provided, you could check our working hours on the Contact Us page. Please note that you will be charged at local rates if you dial this number.
- See your local travel agent
They will be happy to give you the best information and make the necessary reservation for you. Our Balkan Service System is open from 6am to 10.30pm 7 days a week. Displayed on their screens will be the latest availability, with clear displays of flights, room facilities, and prices.
Whichever way you choose to book, please ensure that you are given a booking reference number, as without this your booking will not be valid.
 You can make payment by debit or credit card when you book online. We accept only Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta & Solo. Currently we do not accept American Express or Diners.
 For your safety to encrypt your details while they are transmitted over the Internet we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We also have Global Server Digital Certificate issued by BT TrustWise to certify our identity in electronic transactions, which you can always check by clicking on the logo below.

| OPTIONAL BOOKINGS |

For early bookers who don't want to make the booking "definite" straight away, we will hold your reservation as an option until the close of business on the following working day. After this time the booking will automatically lapse. This option is available on the phone or through the travel agent only.

| CONFIRMATION |

The holiday is confirmed and a confirmation invoice will be issued as soon as the verbal confirmation is given over the telephone, your travel agent confirms the booking on Viewdata or booking reference number is issued by the web site (optional confirmation e-mail could be send as well if requested). | LATE BOOKINGS |
|
Any booking made 8 weeks or less before departure is classed as a late booking. There are no options available on late bookings, and the full balance (plus insurance premiums if required) should be paid. All bookings made within 10 days of departure will receive their tickets at the airport, subject to a £10.00 per person ticketing fee.

We always do our utmost to ensure brochure accuracy. All prices and offers shown here are subject to change or withdrawal without notice, however you will be informed of any changes relevant to your holiday at the time of booking. All our prices are in Sterling, so there won't be any surcharges due to currency fluctuations. If we should need to apply any other surcharges we guarantee to explain them fully and keep them to an absolute minimum. |
