The hotel was superbly kept, very clean especially our room (625), the food was excellent with a wide choice of dishes, the staff were friendly and helpful. we will recommend your company and this hotel to our friends and will certainly consider using you again. The flights also were on schedule and smooth. We took one excursion to the blue mountains which was excellent value for money, a memorable day and with a really jolly and helpful tour guide. the resort rep was also informative, helpful and knowledgeable.
