Balkan Holidays Launches a Tweet for Agents @balkanagents

Daily updates for travel agents about winter and summer holidays to Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia and Romania, are available from Balkan Holidays newly launched Twitter page @balkanagents.

Interacting with the dedicated Facebook page www.facebook.com/bhagents and agents website  www.balkanholidays.co.uk/agents the addition of a new Twitter feed enables Balkan Holidays to provide a truly joined up social media offering to travel agents.

The operator will be using Twitter for its latest news, views and to stimulate conversations. More detailed information about the summer 2013 programme to Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia and Romania flying from a choice of 20 regional UK airports and the winter 2012/13 ski and snowboard programme, will be posted on the dedicated website and on Facebook. Agents can also check Facebook for recent Balkan hosted familiarisation trips including lots of photos from recent visits. 

“We are pushing all the buttons now in terms of social media and can offer agents many different communication tools to find out what Balkan is planning and to get valuable feedback,” said Rupert Diggins, Sales and Marketing Manager, Balkan Holidays.

 The food and beverage restaurants and bar quality was always the highest standard and it was en enjoyable experience to visit them. We were also very pleased with the variety offered. The staffs in all areas were caring and professional in their approach to all that they were asked to do and genuine in their approach and interaction with all guests. The hotel and grounds were remarkably clean and hygienic with cleaning seemingly to be a very high priority. The entertainment team were so energetic, fun and throughly nice people who all were so professional. We did have a great holiday and I am certain that we will be back.
