Our walks have been meticulously planned and you will be accompanied by an experienced local mountain guide ensuring your maximum holiday enjoyment.
Day 1 Saturday: Arrival
Arrive from the UK and settle at your hotel.
Day 2 Sunday: Kranjska Gora
Welcome meeting and briefing by your mountain guide, followed by a familiarisation tour of Kranjska Gora. Time at leisure to explore the resort further or a chance for a short independent 'warm-up' trek up to Srnjak viewpoint.
Walk duration: 1 hour Level of difficulty: moderate
Day 3 Monday: Lake Jasna & Krnica Valley
Starting in Kranjska Gora, the path leads up to tranquil Lake Jasna along Pisnica river, walking past moraines, meadows and dense woodlands up to the base of Prisank and Razor peaks. Right at the end, there is a well deserved break at the picturesque Krnica Hut, much favoured by local mountaineers.

Day 4 Tuesday: Martuljek Peaks & Waterfalls
Follow a mountain path from the village of Gozd Martuljek along the river Sava into the gorge while crossing several bridges before encountering Spik waterfall that thunders down with an amazing force. Continue with a gentle stroll across lush green pastures concealed at the top, to be awarded with some sweeping views of towering Mt.Spik.

Day 5 Wednesday: Sleme Peak & Tamar Valley
Sleme peak is nestled high in the arms of majestic Mt.Vrsic and has been acclaimed as genuinely the best viewpoint of the Julian Alps range. This is an ideal starting point for a truly unforgettable hike through mesmerising nature underneath snow capped jagged peaks before descending to peaceful Tamar and Planica valleys.

Day 6 Thursday: “Vrsic Pass & Mojstrovka Peak"
Short transfer to Vrsic mountain pass that marks the European Watershed Line – here rivers from the south-west drain into the Adriatic while rivers from the north-eastern Alps flow all the way to the Black sea. It takes approximately 2 hours from here to reach Mojstrovka peak, awarding you with uninterrupted vistas of the Alps and Dolomites mountain range with Italian Friuli plains stretching all the way to the sea.

Day 7 Friday: Kranjska Gora
Day of much earned rest and relaxation, perhaps at the extensive Aqua Larix Spa Centre or indulging in a long gourmet lunch accompanied by delicious Slovenian wine at one of the local inns.
Day 8 Saturday: Departure
Airport transfer for your homeward journey or to a second centre resort of your choice.
The tour departs Saturday or Sunday on the following dates - Jun: 10, 11, 24, 25 • Jul: 01, 02, 15, 16 • Aug: 05, 06, 19, 20 • Sep: 02, 03, 16, 17
Sunday departures will have an evening welcome meeting on the day of arrival and walks will begin on Monday following the same itinerary, with day 7 (Saturday) a day at leisure.
