The day after your arrival you are invited to a Welcome Information meeting where you can meet your dedicated Balkan Holidays Representative and receive the following
* Resort Holiday information put together by our team of resident holiday resort experts
* Emergency contact information for your holiday resort
* Information to help you plan your holiday – weather reports, resort maps, ideas for days out including a tailor made excursion programme along with other useful information
* Information when your Balkan Holidays Representative will be visiting your hotel or apartment
