One of the featured ski resorts by Balkan Holidays has installed more artificial snowmaking systems this season.
Borovets have installed additional snow cannons on the ski areas of Yastrebets, Sitnayakovo and Markudjik along with a new snow retention system.
A new reservoir with a capacity of 30,000 cubic metres, will supply water directly to the snow cannons.
Borosport Director, Nelly Sandalska, has informed Balkan Holidays: "This allows for perfect snowmaking and maintaining of more than 200,000 square metres of ski runs."
