Summer 2024 Agent Concessions

Balkan Holidays are delighted to introduce our summer brand new 2024 travel agent concessions. They are especially designed to save you money off your own holiday, the full details are as follows:

1. If your branch books more than 20 summer 2024 package holiday passengers you receive £250 OFF the price of your holiday.

2. If your branch books more than 40 summer 2024 package holiday passengers you receive £500 OFF the price of your holiday.

3. If your branch books more than 80 summer 2024 package holiday passengers you receive £800 OFF the price of your holiday. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The above concession scheme is applicable to package holidays to Bulgaria using Balkan Holidays charter flights during the summer 2024 season (not flight only or accommodation only), it is not available on holidays to Croatia, Slovenia or Montenegro. 

2. You can book your holiday at any time 

3. Staff concessions are based on the performance of individual branches and are based on the number of confirmed passengers booked at the time your booking is processed, subsequent bookings do not count towards the discount given. 

4. Only one concession per ABTA number/agency branch may be taken although if two people want the concession it is possible to split the discount, please email our agency sales team at sales@balkanholidays.co.uk prior to booking. If you are a homeworker and the discount has already been used you can use the concession but you will need to have booked the above number of passengers. 

5. The price that applies is the gross amount shown on our agents website the day the holiday is booked (ie no commission on the booking)   

6. Concessions are valid for sales staff only.

7. Please provide an official email from your branch manager confirming they have agreed to the concession being used.   

HOW TO BOOK 

1. Send an email to sales@balkanholidays.co.uk saying you want to use the concession together with an email from your branch manager (see point 7 above), we will then reply with the amount of discount your branch has earned. 

2. Once you have received our email please make your booking using your ABTA number (remember the scheme is available on holidays to Bulgaria using our charter flights, it is not available on holidays to Croatia, Slovenia or Montenegro).

When you have made the booking please email the booking reference to sales@balkanholidays.co.uk – we will then remove the commission (see point 5 above), apply the discount and send you a new confirmation.
