For the more intermediate skier and snowboarder there are plenty of red runs that are excellent and a great place to practice and improve your technique. While the more advanced skier will no doubt enjoy the 'The Wall' the famous World Cup Downhill run and Mechi Chal, near Chepelare. Pamporovo is great for snowboarding as the nursery slopes are suitable for perfecting the techniques you can later exhibit on the slopes further up the mountain!
