Graphic Designer - permanent position


Graphic Designer

Balkan Holidays are currently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to work in our central London Head Office.

Job Role Summary

You’ll provide a consistent level of quality and design according to existing global brand guidelines across all internally produced marketing materials and documents. The role requires a can do and flexible approach as you will be required to work on a diverse range of projects.

You’ll be responsible for all design and artwork of print and display advertising, CRM campaign design, internal company documentation and stationery, customer documentation, infographics, event flyers, agent posters and advertising, tradeshow booths, promotional materials, updating the global photo database, and more.

On a daily basis, you will be working alongside the product team preparing our holiday brochures and occasionally additional departments.

At times, you may also be responsible for print management which involves liaison and negotiating with printers, attending brochure production and meeting potential suppliers to extend the network of our business partners.


You’ve got a minimum of 2 years professional experience preferably within the travel industry. The ideal candidate brings a proven ability to collaborate effectively across a global network and has a demonstrated to deliver results within a fast-paced environment to enrich global brand recognition and ultimately contribute to sales. You have excellent desktop publishing skills within the full Adobe Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

You’re a creative individual that can deliver concepts through to final artwork, who has a true passion for design and branding along with an acute understanding of how to make a brand identity come to life through many different channels. You can design for a range of communication platforms, from offline printing and documentation to web design publishing.

You genuinely care about the details—you’re a star proof-reader and you always ensure spacing, leading, and kerning are aesthetically correct—and you’re willing to go above and beyond to ensure you produce highest quality graphic design possible.

You’re friendly and approachable, with an ambitious attitude and the ability to prioritize your workload whilst maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to your responsibilities, whether you’re working autonomously or as part of a team. Impressive organization and communication skills is in your nature—you’ve got proven experience managing multiple projects at a time, establishing an effective work flow to keep track of upcoming jobs, works in progress, and completed tasks.

Previous experience with brochure production is a distinctive advantage, although not essential. Having a keen interest in travel is a must!
