Senior Customer Services Advisor

Balkan Holidays are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Customer Services Advisor to work in our central London Head Office.

The successful candidate will have a proven travel background with a minimum of 3 years Management experience working in a busy Customer Services Department. The main duties of the role will be:

• Supervise a team of Customer Service Executives
• Be responsible for all pre and post travel correspondence
• Oversee the resolution of all complaints
• Authorise compensation when required and reclaim from suppliers
• Collate, analyse and report complaint statistics
• Identifying trends
• Prepare Arbitration / Small Claims Court Defence's
• Process CSQ's
• Investigate and resolve personal injury claims
• Liaise daily with overseas offices and resort teams
• Prepare Monthly Reports for Insurance and Legal Team

Skills and knowledge required:

• Extensive knowledge of travel law including:
  - The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tour Regulations 1992
  - ABTA Code of Conduct
  - Regulation (Ec) No 261/2004
• Excellent letter writing
• First class negotiating skills
• In depth knowledge and experience of personal injury claims
