Customer Service / Administration Assistant

Balkan Holidays is looking for a Customer Service / Administration Assistant to work in our central London offices for the busy Summer 2017 season from May to October.

The role will entail logging customers post departure correspondence, answering telephone calls, investigating complaints and replying to clients within specified timescales. You will also be responsible for the processing of all reports received from our teams overseas.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a travel based Customer Services Department, and will have knowledge of ABTA’s code of conduct and the Package Travel Regulations. Experience of Health and Safety will be an advantage.
