No, one card must be used at the time of booking online to pay the deposit amount. Once you have confirmed your booking and paid the full deposit amount you can visit the 'Manage My Booking' section on the website and pay any additional amount off your balance with the same or a different credit/debit card.
Please DO NOT rely on credit cards for local purchases. Shops and restaurants in bigger cities accept credit/debit cards more widely, however, we do advise that you take out cash in local currency (Bulgaria - Lev, Croatia - Kuna, Montenegro and Slovenia - Euro and Romania - Leu) as they are still not accepted everywhere and most restaurants, shops and bars in some holiday resorts only accept payment in the form of cash.
We strongly advise that you ONLY exchange your money at official authorised exchange points whilst in resort. Sterling notes (notes only) can be changed at the airport or in resort for local currency and carry a smaller commission rate than travellers cheques. There are ATM / cash point machines available in most resorts which accept major debit cards, but be aware you may be charged by your bank each time you withdraw money.

Before confirming your booking online please call our Reservations Department on 0845 130 1114 to make sure that your chosen holiday resort and hotel are suitable for you or members of your party as some resorts may be very hilly and some hotels may not have lifts or easy access around their premises. Once you have been assured that your desired holiday is suitable you may proceed with your booking online. As soon as you have confirmed your booking you will need your booking reference number to give to our Reservations Department on 0845 130 1114. We will check with you what type of assistance is required and add this on to your flight. If you are taking your own wheelchair you will need to fill out an ABTA "Check List for Disabled and Less Mobile Passengers" providing the wheelchair dimensions, details of your requirements, etc. We will then pass this on to the airline. Please note that should you require airport wheelchair assistance or if you are taking your own wheelchair on holiday you will need to notify us more than 48 hours before your flight. This will help us ensure we have made all the necessary arrangements for you and you can have a stress free holiday.
Throughout your holiday with us you will have the dedicated services of a Balkan Holidays Representative or agent. Most are experienced locals who are trained to the highest level to ensure your holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. A member of the Representative team or agent will:
• Meet and greet you at the airport
• Hold an entertaining and informative welcome meeting
• Introduce you to and recommend the best trips and excursions to ensure you make the most of your time
• Be available at visiting hours in your hotel or a nearby hotel. In the event of an emergency, a Representative is available 24 hours a day for your piece of mind. Emergency telephone is on noticeboards and your e-ticket.
• Ensure you have a trouble free, enjoyable stay
• Offer you any other assistance you may need
In the unlikely event that your luggage is lost, damaged or interfered with whilst in transit with the airline, it is important that you obtain and fill out a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) form BEFORE you leave the airport building. You should take a copy of this for your records. You will also need to keep your airline tickets and the luggage sticker received at the check-in desk. If you fail to obtain a PIR form, the airline will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage and insurers may not accept a subsequent claim.
Please contant our Customer Services Department by email at email@example.com with your booking reference number and travel details for further assistance.
