She was polite friendly and professional and unlike many reps I have come across on my travels never made false promises, always did what she said she was going to do and provided excellent local knowledge of the area and the people. She really helped make our Holiday special and gave a very favourable impression of your company. Having worked in a customer service/sales enviroment myself for 20 years I know it is important that posative feedback should be given when someone such as Maria does an excellent Job.
