It has now been announced that the Bulgarian Ski Federation of Bansko has received the trust and support of the International Ski Federation to conduct a special race for the World Cup next year 2011 which will be located on the Banderitsa track in Bansko on the 26th and 27th of February. For this special occasion, Bansko will have built a stand for just over 5 thousand people. Some may find it unbelievable but it is true - Bulgaria has been ranked number one in the European Union based on the ammount of new shopping malls that have opened in the first half of 2010. This was reported by the Cushman and Wakefield consultancy. Every year Bourgas Airport in Bulgaria annouces their millionth passenger and for 2010 it was Eileen Nischik, who happily arrived at Burgas Airport on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast from her home town Cologne in Germany, and found out at the airport that she is in fact the one-millionth passenger for 2010. The 23 years old German was travelling with her partner Torsten Dormann and visiting Bulgaria to spend 7 days in Obzor, one of Bulgaria's black sea resorts.
