JOB TITLE: Resort Entertainer
LOCATION: Sunny Beach, Bulgaria
JOB DESCRIPTION: Balkan Holidays are looking for an experienced Entertainer who can plan, organise and participate in daytime and evening programmes for a varied audience, attend Welcome Meetings to promote events and work together with the resort team to maximise guest enjoyment and resort sales in the resort of Sunny Beach.
It is essential that applicants have at least 12 months experience of working as an entertainer in a similar enviroment, fluent in English and permission to work for a UK Company.
It is important that you are able to work both alone and as part of a team, have excellent organisational and time keeping skills and you are confident and enthusiastic.

JOB TITLE Reservations Executive
DEPARTMENT: Reservations

JOB DESCRIPTION: Balkan Holidays are the UK's leading tour operator to Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia and Romania. Since we were established in 1966 we have booked over 3 million holidays and are aiming to add to that number substantially in 2018 and beyond. To help our growth plans we are recruiting for the position of reservations executive.
We pride ourselves on inspiring and advising our customers plus delivering a high level of service right from the booking process through to the in-resort experience. In this role you will deliver the highest level of service to all customers and travel agents through your knowledge, skills and experience.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Convert enquiries into sales, giving a high level of service, matching products and service to the customer needs.
  • To follow up enquiries with customers and agents in order to turn them into bookings.
  • Respond to holiday booking enquiries via email and social media received from direct customers and travel agents.
  • Provide excellent levels of service and resolve all enquiries at first point of contact.
  • Execute booking & amendments with accuracy, ensuring the customer is made aware of any relevant information that may impact their holiday experience.
  • Develop and increase knowledge of products through training, self-development and attending educational as required.
  • Maintain high awareness of current product offering and monitor changes constantly
  • Take ownership and accountability of own quality of work to minimise the risk of errors.
  • Ensure full compliance with all legislative and internal business procedures.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities that may be reasonably requested.
  • Reports directly to the Reservations Supervisor and indirectly to the Call Centre Manager.
Key Skills required
  • Travel or Call Centre experience preferred

  • Ability to work fully flexible shift patterns within the normal opening hours of 9 – 7pm, supporting; events, weekends, bank holidays when required and at the discretion of the Call Centre Manager.
  • Able to work on your own or as part of a team.
