JOB TITLE: Customer Services Supervisor
LOCATION: Balkan Holidays Head Office, Central London

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Services Supervisor to work in our central London Office. The successful candidate will have a proven travel background with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a travel-related Customer Services Department.

The main duties of the role will be:
  • Manage a small team of Customer Service Executives
  • Oversee all Pre & Post Travel Correspondence
  • Oversee all complaints to a satisfactory resolution
  • Authorise compensation when required and reclaim from suppliers
  • Collate, analyse and report complaint statistics
  • Prepare Arbitration / Small Claims Court Defence’s
  • Process CSQ Reports
  • Investigate and resolve personal injury claims
  • Liaise daily with overseas offices and resort teams
  • Liaise with Insurers and Company Lawyers

Skills and knowledge required:    
  • Working knowledge of travel law including:
  • - The 2018 Package. Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations (2018 PTRs)
    - ABTA Code of Conduct
    - Regulation (Ec) No 261/2004

  • Excellent letter writing
  • In depth knowledge and experience of personal injury claims
  • Experience in staff management
