To make changes to your booking, contact us by calling 0207 543 5555 (and selecting option 1). New holiday costs will apply based on the new chosen dates (not valid for promotional pricing).
➤ Will I be advised if my holiday or flight is cancelled?
If you are travelling on one of our charter flights to Bulgaria from 19th December 2021 onwards, these flights are planned to operate as scheduled. If your holiday cannot operate because of Government restrictions we will contact you to detail the options available to you. We would ask you not to contact us for updates, but please be patient and wait for us to contact you..

➤ I would like to cancel my holiday now, what are my options?
If you would like to cancel your holiday now, our advice would be to either be patient and wait for the official information or email our reservations on email@example.com and look at the options for later in the Winter 2021-22 season. If you do decide to cancel by your own choice then this would be at charges stipulated in our terms.
➤ I have a refund credit note, but I’d like a cash refund – how do I get this?
If you have been issued with a refund credit voucher, you have the option to wait until you feel the time is right for you to book your holiday with us. Your refund credit voucher is protected by ABTA but must be used before 30th September 2022. We have holidays on sale right up until 30th September 2022 for Summer Sun and Winter 2022-23 so you have plenty of choice. If you have decided that you would like a cash refund to give you more time to book then email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you are a direct client and email@example.com if you are a travel agent.
➤ Can I delay paying my final balance?
We fully understand and appreciated the uncertainty of the situation means you may be reluctant to pay on the balance due date. Please contact our call centre on 02075435555 option 1 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
➤ What happens if I test positive 72hrs prior to departure?
As Covid-19 is now considered an insuarable event, we would suggest that you carefully select your travel insurance policy to cover this event and to ensure that you are covered to a level that fully satisfies all of your requirements.
➤ What happens if the rules change whilst I am on holiday?
If the rules change our resort team will be on hand to assist you and to explain what the new rules will be. But you will need to comply with any restrictions imposed by the home nations on your return.
➤ If you cancel my holiday how long will it take to get a refund?
These are unprecedented times and we try our very best to do this as quickly as possible. In the majority of cases this is approximately 14 days but we would ask you to be patient if it takes a little longer.
