All our customers have the opportunity to fill out a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire. These questionnaires are then analysed, to help us understand:

  • what we do well, so we can keep doing it!
  • areas where we can improve.

  • "Having had holidays with you in St Konstantin for the last 10 - 12 years and never having had any problems with flights ( except for the odd hour delay, which is understandable ) I was surprised to find that my return flight to Luton had been cancelled completely. What I would like to do is firstly thank your representative in St Konstantin, Desi, who let me down very gently with the information and then proceeded to work through her lunch break to find me another hotel room for the night and then into the night to keep me informed of progress on the rebooking of the flight. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff in both Golden Sands and London for procuring for me another ticket for the next day (which I am sure was no easy task at such short notice). It is employees like these that makes me come back to Balkan Holidays year after year. "
