WILL THERE BALKAN HOLIDAYS REPS TO MEET ME AT THE AIRPORT?

In almost all cases there will be Balkan Holidays Reps to meet you once you clear the baggage collection area. At Bourgas Airport we have a desk with the Balkan Holidays branding and our representatives should be close by unless they are dealing with other issues. We would encourage only one member of your party to approach the representatives in order to avoid queues of people and to make the process to the coach much quicker. You will have 24/7 access to your representative via the WhatsApp number on your documentation. In Croatia, Slovenia, Malta, Cyprus and Montenegro you will be met by a member of the local ground handling agency who will have Balkan Holidays branding who will direct you to your transfer.

HOW CAN I BOOK AN EXCURSION OR EVENT

Representatives will provide information in an arrival envelope or booklet for you, you can reserve your place using the WhatsApp number and your representative will take care of your booking. The day after your arrival the representatives will hold an informative welcome meeting where in just 20 minutes you will receive all the important information for your stay and hear about the wonderful trips and events that they have put together in order for you to experience the best of Bulgaria. We also have central offices in Sunny Beach and Golden Sands that you can visit to hear more about the trips and events. Alternatively, you can see them in the resort at the times on their noticeboard or Balkan Holidays Folder.

WHAT TO DO IF I NEED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

If you or a member of your family feel ill, please advise the hotel reception in extreme emergencies and for non-urgent medical emergencies please use the medical center number provided in your papaerwork on arrival or via your representatives. Balkan Holidays has an emergency number on your noticeboard / folder in hotel and confirmation invoice.

In your welcome information is the contact information for the medical centre that we work with. Please contact them and take along a copy of your medical insurance. Please note, the GHIC is not applicable in private medical centres. Please keep your representative informed of all medical cases.
