Should you wish to alter any part of your holiday arrangements please notify us straight away. We will always try to assist in such cases.
Where an amendment to the holiday is made more than 57 days (not counting the day of departure) before departure an administration charge will be charged. The closer the amendment is to the departure date, the higher the charge will be. Please see the Booking Conditions for more details.
Customers cannot transfer their deposits to another season and Insurance premiums and amendment charges are not refundable.
Please ensure that your holiday details are 100% correct before confirming your bookings.
If you are flying on either a Low Cost airline or certain Charter airline, please note that amendments and cancellations are not permitted (the tickets are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferable). Therefore in the event of a cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded. Any amendments that need to be made, will result in you having to cancel/forfeit your flight, with the loss of deposit and having to then re-book a new flight incurring the full new flight cost.
We can accept no responsibility for cancellation charges or administration fees arising from correspondence delayed or lost in the mail, therefore it is your responsibility to contact us in our Reservations Department on 0207 543 5555 and ensure we have received your letter/email/fax notifciation.
