Your holiday tickets will be sent to you by Email. More and more airlines are issuing e-tickets to cut down on paper and costs. Please ensure, that if you are due to receive an e-ticket, we have your correct email address.
On receipt of your tickets, please check the ALL the details are correct: If you think you have found a mistake, such as incorrect hotel or resort details, dates, times or the spelling of your names, please call us on 0207 543 5555, as soon as possible.
