➤ What are the requirements to enter Bulgaria from 1st May?
Bulgaria will be part of the Electronic Green Travel Certificate scheme, you will need to provide documentation that you have either been vaccinated, present a negative PCR test or prove that you have the antibodies present. This information is correct as of 17th March 2021 and could change without notice. Please check the requirements prior to travelling.
➤ How can I make a change to my booking and how much will it cost?
The quickest way to contact us is by calling 0207 543 5555 (then select option 1) and please ensure you have your booking reference at hand.
All current and new bookings made until 31st March 2021 can change without an administration fee up to the latest 28 days prior to departure. The cost of the new booking will be applied.
➤ Will I be advised if my holiday or flight is cancelled?
If you are travelling on one of our charter flights to Bulgaria from 17th May onwars, there's nothing you need to do as we are still planning on operating as scheduled. We are closely monitoring the Government Guidelines and we expect to know more after 12th April.
If your holiday cannot operate because of Government restrictions we will contact you to detail the options available to you. We would ask you not to contact us for updates, but please be patient and wait for us to contact you.
➤ I would like to cancel my holiday now, what are my options?
If you would like to cancel your holiday now, our advice would be to either be patient and wait for the official information or email our reservations on and look at the options for later in the Summer 2021 season or alternatively Summer 2022. If you do decide to cancel by your own choice then this would be at charges stipulated in our terms.
➤ I have a refund credit note, but I’d like a cash refund – how do I get this?
If you have been issued with a refund credit voucher, you have the option to wait until you feel the time is right for you to book your holiday with us. Your refund credit voucher is protected by ABTA but must be used before 30th September 2021. We have holidays on sale right up until 30th September 2022 both Summer Sun and Winter so you have plenty of choice.

➤ Can I delay paying my final balance?
We fully understand and appreciated the uncertainty of the situation means you may be reluctant to pay on the balance due date. You can simply email us at to request this.
➤ If you cancel my holiday how long will it take to get a refund?
These are unprecedented times and we try our very best to do this as quickly as possible. In the majority of cases this is approximately 14days but we would ask you to be patient if it takes a little longer.
➤ Can I get a Credit Note for a cancelled booking?
Refund Credit Notes are expiring on 31st March 2021, however, your payment can remain as a credit on your original booking until you have made the decision to rebook and your credit will be transferred to your new booking. Alternatively, you can request a refund.
