I have just returned from my 10 day holiday in Bulgaria through Balkan Holidays and would like to thank you and your team for helping make it such a fantastic holiday. My husband and I were very impressed with the Balkan team last year hence the reason for deciding to book with Balkan again this year and we were not disappointed. I found you and your team to be most courteous and helpful whenever I had reason to ask questions prior to our departure and got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble in answering any of my queries. My mind was put at ease as quickly as you possibly could and I left for my holiday with all the knowledge and information I thought I would need.
On arrival at Bourgos Airport your representative was easily seen and again, extremely helpful and friendly which set us off on good trend for a good holiday. Our accommodation was at the Klisura Hotel (again where we stayed last year) and we were greeted very warmly and were remembered from the year before which delighted us. Sadly all too soon our 10 days were up however again your team were at the hotel at the time specified to transport us back to Bourgos Airport for our departure home.
I have taken the time to write as I would like to be given the opportunity of thanking you all for helping to ensure we had a great holiday. I can certainly assure you that my husband and I will not hesitate in booking through Balkan Holidays again and will be happy to recommend you at every opportunity.

Our holiday was to Lake Bohinj, Hotel Jezero for 10 days, ending on 2nd July 2011.
We flew with Adria Airways both ways and the flights were excellent, on time, very comfortable planes (CRJ 900), plenty of luggage allowance and in flight snacks/drinks provided.
We were half board at the Hotel Jezero on the Lake side. We were going to do some walking and the Jezero was a very good base for this activity. The room was very comfortable, Hotel Facilities very good, good choice of food. The local people were friendly and helpful and in general we had an excellent holiday and would not hesitate in coming back to the Jezero.
