• The World Ski Awards are voted for by a combination of ski professionals, tour operators, ski journalists and the general public. Over 4 million votes were cast making the World Ski Awards the ski industry’s leading awards.

• Bansko have won this award every year since 2013, only the Austrian resort of Kitzbuhel, Val Thorens in France and Deer Valley in the USA can say the same.

In addition, two new snow Leitner snow groomers were also added to their fleet which will help maintain the slopes to a world class standard. This initiatives were a major contributing factor to Bansko retaining the World Ski Award.
