Construction Begins On New Pamporovo Ski Lift
20 Jun 2013

Some great news arrived in the form of cranes and diggers this week in Pamporovo as construction began on a brand new lift facility due to be completed before the start of the upcoming winter season.

The new 4-seated lift was announced by the executive director of Pamporovo AD Mr. Marian Belyakov and the total cost of the project is expected to be around the 3.5m Euro mark (£3m). The resort of Pamporovo is hoping the new 1km lift will enhance the infrastructure within the resort along with the ski track measuring 1200 meters about to be prepared with an artificial snow inflow in the near future. Another 1.2m Euro (£1m) has been put aside for enlarging the existing snow ski tracks by a further 6kms.

With these exciting new upgrades to the resort, holidays to Pamporovo are sure to bring even more added value and satisfaction to the British holidaymaker seeking a first-class ski resort at a fraction of the price.
