All customers who have booked a holiday or flight with Balkan Holidays via a Thomas Cook travel agent, be it ski or for next Summer, can rest assured that their booking is secure and will proceed as planned. In the first instance, customers should speak to our call centre team.

Further information and details of replacement flights will be published on the dedicated website thomascook.caa.co.uk, but this is a major operation and there may therefore be some delays in posting new flight information whilst they make the replacement arrangements.

Our call centre (0207 543 5555) is open 9am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 5pm (Saturday) and additional staff are available to assist with enquiries and bookings at this time. Alternatively please email res@balkanholidays.co.uk with your booking reference and contact details.
