The Seaside of Romania
The seaside of Romania is lined by beaches of unique atmosphere and plenty to see, such as Greek or Roman ruins, and there is always something more to discover. The Danube Estuary is a natural curiosity and is recommended not just for anglers. Holidaymakers in Mamaia are welcomed by a beach covered with tiny white seashells and silver sea. Major rivers streaming into the Black Sea, such as the Danube, the Dnieper, the Dniester and the Don make the Black Sea not just silverfish grey but also less salty. Hoteliers in Mamaia have been recently trying to upgrade their service to Western European standards, there are spa & wellness

Zagreb’s ideal location at the junction of routes connecting Central Europe and the Adriatic has made it an important role in trade and industry,  while maintaining its friendly charm and welcoming ambience not many capitals have. Bulgaria's Stone Forest - a fascinating day trip from Varna
Bulgaria may be a great sun, sea and sand destination, but it also has its fair share of cultural and historical sites too. Holidaymakers keen to explore some of the surrounding area close to the popular Varna Resort may wish to visit Pobiti Kamani - an ancient stone forest dating back millions of years. The site's name literally translates as 'hammered stones', as this phenomenon looks as if it has been created by giants driving the rock formations into the ground. In reality, it is not known how the stones, which are across seven kilometres of desert, came about, with many legends having arisen to explain their existence
