According to the reports of the European Union, Dubrovnik has exceptionally clean beaches. Balchik, on the northern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, is one of the northernmost summer resort of the Bulgarian seaside, and is less than 35 miles away from Golden Sands and very close to Cape Kaliakra, where the golf courses of our Golf Holiday Programme are located.

Elenite is a small summer holiday resort, north of Sunny Beach. Only residents are allowed to enter the holiday village, which was built in 1985. The villas and hotels have magificent seaviews. Water sports, aquapark and lots of entertaining facilities await the holidaymakers wanting to relax. The main attracting feature is obviously the flat sandy beach.
Vehicles must be left outside, in the guarded car park. Residents are transported to the hotel within the village with small carts.

The uninhabited island of Lokrum can be reached from the port of Dubrovnik in about 10-15 minutes by boat. There is a regular service in every 30 minutes to the island, which is a registered National Park, having a beautiful vegetation.
