 My name is Roy Thomson and me and my family recently went skiing through Balkan Holidays to Pamporovo in Bulgaria and stayed at the Snezhanka Hotel. We went from the 19th December untill 26th December 2010. The reason for my letter is to tell you that you have a fantastic member of staff in Maria who was our rep. She was polite friendly and professional and unlike many reps I have come across on my travels never made false promises, always did what she said she was going to do and provided excellent local knowledge of the area and the people. She really helped make our Holiday special and gave a very favourable impression of your company. Having worked in a customer service/sales enviroment myself for 20 years I know it is important that posative feedback should be given when someone such as Maria does an excellent Job. She really is a credit too you and I would have no problem in recommending your company on the basis of the service she provided.
