Whilst the accommodation we feature in our brochures and online are obliged to comply with local health and safety standards, and may offer a limited number of specifically adapted disabled rooms and ramps throughout the property, facilities for customers with disabilities will vary from accommodation to accommodation.
There are some charter and low-cost airlines that implement a limit as to the number of disabled passengers and wheelchairs they can transport per flight. There are also airlines that will insist that wheelchairs are carried in the hold, rather than the cabin and will not be held liable for any damage during transit.
If you fail to inform us of your medical or physical/mobility needs prior to confirming your holiday, we can not be held responsible should your chosen accommodation not be suitable or the airline not be able to help and accept your requests. In this unfortunate event it could mean we have to cancel your booking at the loss of deposit or higher, as per our cancellation and amendment policy.
We will do everything we can to assist you with any special requirements you may have, although some of our holidays may not be suitable for clients with specific needs. In this instance, we will help you to find a suitable solution wherever possible.
